용접 조인트의 최대 허용 조인트 효율

Type No. 1

  Butt joints as attained by double‐welding or by other means that will obtain the same

  quality of deposited weld metal on the inside and outside weld surfaces to agree with

  the requirements of UW-35. 
  Welds using metal backing strips that remain in place are excluded.

Type No. 2

 Single‐welded butt joint with backing strip other than those included under (1)

 (Type No. (1)에 포함 된 것 이외의 배킹 스트립이있는 단일 용접 맞대기 조인트)

 

Type No. 3

 Single full fillet lap joints without plug welds

 (백킹 스트립을 사용하지 않는 단일 용접 맞대기 조인트)

 Double full fillet lap joint

 Single full fillet lap joints with plug welds conforming to UW-17
